Write to hello@intoparallels.com. If something went wrong while writing a reality, say what you were doing and roughly when — that is enough to find it in the logs.

Writing a reality takes a long time

Twenty to forty seconds is normal. Two model providers run in sequence: one writes the script, the other narrates it. The screen stays awake for the whole thing on purpose. If it fails, the app offers to try again, and your scene is not lost.

It says the account cannot generate any more today

Every account has a daily ceiling, set high enough that ordinary use never reaches it — it is there so a stuck retry cannot spend a month of generation budget in an afternoon. It resets at midnight UTC. If you hit it during normal use, that is a bug worth telling us about.

My realities are not on my other device

Realities sync to an account, and the app opens an anonymous one for you automatically — but an anonymous account cannot be signed back into, which is why it does not carry anywhere. Add an email or Sign in with Apple under You, then Add an account, then sign in with the same details on the other device.

The narration audio does not come down with it. The script does, and the new device narrates it again the first time you play it. That is deliberate: recordings of your private scenes are not kept on a server.

The widgets are empty

Widgets read a file the app writes after every crossing and every time it comes to the foreground. Open the app once and they will fill in. If they stay empty after that, tell us which widget and which size.

I paid and the app still says Free

Try Restore purchases under You. Subscriptions belong to the Apple Account that bought them, so make sure the device is signed into the same one. If it still says Free after restoring, write to us with the date of purchase.

I want everything deleted

You, then Delete account. It removes the account and everything attached to it, on the device and on the server, and it cannot be undone. You do not need to ask us, and we would rather you did not have to.

Headphones

A binaural beat only exists between two ears — it is interference between two slightly different frequencies, one per side. On a speaker it does not exist at all. The other soundscapes work either way.
